Price: mid $300's and up

Downpayment: 15% Down In 270 Days,

Occupancy: Fall 2019

Lots of suites will be small units. (ie. Studios, One Bedroom, and One Bedroom plus Den.)



The neighbourhood Resale condo selling prices are around $900 – $1000 psf

So, what do we know about pre-construction prices?

Always add 5-6% closing fees!

So, when the prices are available, check if they are $850-950 psf = (this is the breakeven point)


Any unit with prices are cheaper than $850 is good price!

Exhibition, Trinity Park & High park nearby

Beside railway (noisy)

Pretty far from Yonge (25min streetcar ride Queen Station)

Love the retail space below, makes life much more convenient.


Clean and simple




Free weights are good!


I love the Kids Play Room because it's very good for families with young kids + since the kids are all here, other amenities can be more kids free!

(Don't get me wrong, I love kids but I need my adult zone)
