Free weights are good!
I love the Kids Play Room because it's very good for families with young kids + since the kids are all here, other amenities can be more kids free!
(Don't get me wrong, I love kids but I need my adult zone)
My other analysis which are the really important ones,

I am considering a purchase here If the prices are reasonable.
