This ambitious redevelopment of the Globe & Mail building at Front St. and Spadina Ave. is a joint project by RioCan, Diamondcorp, Tridel, and Allied as a plan to create offices, shops, and residences in the Spadina/Wellington area. The Well Condos community will consist of 7 towers standing at 13, 21, 36, 38, and 44 storeys tall, as well as two buildings rising to 15 storeys.

Architectural firm Hariri Pontarini will design this project with careful planning to ensure consistency and interconnectivity of the community. All buildings except the 36 storey tower will house retail stores on the first two levels with engineered red brick as the facades.

Not only are the structures within the community well-planned-out but the laneways and surrounding grounds of this development will also be landscaped to perfection.
